The Reolink Trackmix PoE is a 4K security camera that utilizes dual-lens technology to deliver a panoramic view and close-up details simultaneously. This camera's PTZ capabilities are powered by the dual-lens design, where the wide-angle lens captures a 104°-38° horizontal and 60°-21° vertical field of view, while the telephoto lens can zoom in for a closer look.

The Trackmix PoE features auto-tracking, allowing it to follow the movements of people, vehicles, and pets, ensuring no critical events are missed. The wide-angle lens can pan 355° and tilt 90° to keep the detected objects within its field of view, while the telephoto lens zooms in to provide a detailed, close-up view. Three different tracking modes are available to suit various user needs.

Reliable Power over Ethernet (PoE) connectivity allows this camera to deliver high-quality 4K video and transmit large amounts of data without relying on an unstable WiFi signal. The PoE technology also provides unparalleled stability, making it easy to install the camera with just a single network cable. Note that an IEEE 802.3af PoE switch or Reolink PoE NVR (not included) is required.

Flexible recording options are available, allowing users to record 24/7 or motion-triggered videos to a microSD card (up to 256GB, not included), Reolink NVR, FTP server, or NAS, all without any extra subscription fees. For optimal dual-lens viewing on the NVR's monitor UI, users should ensure their NVR has the latest firmware version (Hw H3MB18/N2MB02/N3MB01).

The Trackmix PoE supports up to 12 simultaneous live video streams, enabling multi-user access and the ability to share live footage via the Reolink App or Client software. Real-time two-way audio communication allows users to talk or listen to family members and friends.

Compared to other Reolink PoE camera models, the Trackmix PoE stands out with its dual-lens design, 6x hybrid zoom, and 450-lumen spotlights for color night vision. Other models may offer different features, such as a single lens with 5x or 16x optical zoom, 960-lumen spotlights, or 260ft IR lights for night vision.
